Dr. Marcus Heller
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Heller has led XPCHEM since 2015, driving the company's expansion from a European testing laboratory to a global TIC group operating across 40+ countries. He holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from ETH Zurich and an MBA from INSEAD.
Sophie Renard
Chief Operating Officer
Sophie oversees XPCHEM's global laboratory network and operational excellence programmes. With 20 years in the TIC industry, she has led accreditation drives across 30 laboratories and holds a Masters in Chemical Engineering from École Polytechnique.
Dr. Amir Khalil
Chief Scientific Officer
Dr. Khalil leads XPCHEM's scientific strategy and method development programmes. He is a member of ASTM International Committee D02 on Petroleum Products and has authored over 40 peer-reviewed publications in analytical chemistry.
Elena Vasquez
Chief Commercial Officer
Elena drives XPCHEM's global commercial strategy and key account relationships. She has 18 years of experience in the energy and chemicals sectors, previously holding senior roles at Bureau Veritas and SGS.
Prof. James Okafor
VP Laboratory Services
Prof. Okafor leads XPCHEM's laboratory services division with responsibility for 200+ accredited test methods. He is a Visiting Professor at Imperial College London and chairs the UKAS Technical Advisory Committee for Chemical Testing.
Dr. Ingrid Müller
VP Regulatory Affairs
Dr. Müller heads XPCHEM's regulatory affairs practice, advising clients on REACH, RoHS, CLP and emerging chemical regulations. She previously worked at the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) and holds a PhD in Environmental Chemistry.
